Mulilo Appoints Freddie Meyer as Chief Financial Officer to support growth and expansion.

Mulilo, a leading South African renewable energy company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Freddie Meyer as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective April 1, 2025. This appointment follows an extensive executive search process to strengthen the company’s financial leadership as it expands its renewable energy portfolio. Jan Oberholzer, Chairman of Mulilo, highlighted the importance of Meyer’s appointment: "Freddie’s appointment is the result of a rigorous search process to find a financial leader who can help guide Mulilo through its next phase of growth. His experience in both the power generation and chemicals industries, coupled with his track record of financial excellence, makes him a valuable addition to our leadership team. We look forward to working with him to further solidify Mulilo’s position as a leader in South Africa’s renewable energy transition."

Meyer expressed his enthusiasm for joining Mulilo: "I am honoured to be joining Mulilo at such an exciting time for both the company and the renewable energy sector in South Africa. Mulilo has established itself as a key player in the country’s energy transition, and I look forward to working alongside the team to drive financial innovation and support the company’s long-term success."
