Saxola Place of Hope was established in 2020 and is run by a young woman by the name Lusanda Melody Mfaxa who was blessed with a son (Axola) with a condition Cerebral Palsy. Her passion was developed after she realised the need and challenges that are faced by people living with disabilities.
Saxola Place of Hope is assisting people living with disabilities with their daily needs, well-being, mobility, development and also support of families emotionally. We are passionate about the better living conditions and the basic rights of those who are living with disabilities.
With the support of our funder, local stake holders we are aiming to do more for those who are still seeking help and maybe one day have a home that will give hope to them and for them to know that they are also citizens of South Africa and they belong here.
